I am thinking about buying this watch from a person whom claims the watch he has on hand is brand new. I was thinking about buying this watch from my local boutique back in Fall of 2007 when this watch suppossedly was first released. It had a delayed release except for the big stores like in NY but by the time the watch finally came out later in 2008 my local store had closed. The guy Im talking with right now claims his watch has a warranty date stamped back in spring of 2005? Is his book wrong or did they really make this model back then?

It appears to retail at about $ 2500USD. This looks about right compared to some other annuals I looked at in my library.

As always, virtually all swiss watch manufacturers will not honor a warranty for any piece purchased online. Get yours from an authorized retailer.
