Unsure your reasons why not to use ebay, perhaps fees or bad experience there. I use ebay but personally I am not happy with the fees and have been looking around for alternative to sell my products.
Not sure if any good to you but I am thinking of joining a site called mybst.com to sell my goods. There a new company and when I was on live help asking questions they were very helpful.
Alternatively you could build your own website and sell your watches from there.
